The QIAGEN SUMMIT 2025 was held at the Intercontinental Hotel, and our team set up a massive 8-metres by 3-metres LED video wall a solid wooden stage along with two 40-inch comfort monitors. Our highly skilled AV technicians handled the entire audio-visual set-up. We also took care of the sound and lighting for the entire event, and set up fresnel lights on tripod stands, battery operated LED uplighters, and spot moving head lights, cordless handheld, headset microphones and a top-notch PA system. Several 65-inch LED TV screens on solid steel trussing stands were set up in the registration area and various other meeting rooms. For the rooftop gala dinner we set up a 3-metres by 2-metres LED video wall on a solid wooden stage along with Patio gas heaters, sound system and creative lighting effects which included powered LED uplighters.
