QIAGEN Summit 2025

Audio Malta was privileged to be part of the prestigious QIAGEN SUMMIT 2025 held at the Intercontinental Hotel, St Julians. The event mainly took place in the Cettina Hall, with workshops and discussions in various other halls at the hotel. In the main conference room, our team set up a pixel pitch 2.8 LED video wall, measuring 8-metres by 3-metres that served as the perfect backdrop for the presentations on a solid wooden stage for the keynote speakers and presenters. Two 40-inch comfort monitors were placed in front of the stage for presenters to easily stay on track.

Our highly skilled AV technicians handled the entire audio-visual setup. The team also provided support throughout the summit, making sure everything was perfectly executed.

We also took care of the sound and lighting for the entire event, and set up fresnel lights on tripod stands, battery operated LED uplighters, and spot moving head lights which highlighted the speakers and created a professional vibe.

For clear communication, we provided cordless handheld and headset microphones, which were tailored to the various presentation styles. Our top-notch PA system with sleek column array speakers made sure the sound was high-quality everywhere.

Beyond the main room, which had two large 65-inch LED TV screens, there were large LED TV screens also set up in the registration area and various other meeting rooms. We also used a high-definition projector for the workshops. Our LED TV Screens were mounted on trusses which were covered to match the decor thereby maintaining the aesthetics.

The summit ended with a gala dinner on the rooftop, which had a breathtaking panoramic view. Our team continued to provide audio-visual support and set up yet another pixel pitch 2.8, large 5-metres by 3-metres LED video wall on a solid wooden stage. Patio gas heaters were placed around the venue to keep the guests warm during the extremely windy evening.

We also provided our state-of-the-art sound system and enhanced the rooftop venue with our creative lighting effects which included powered LED uplighters and general lighting solutions. This elevated the banquet-style seating and concluded the summit in an extraordinary way.

From start to finish, our team handled everything related to the audio-visual side, making sure every detail was perfect. We’re proud to have brought our expertise and top-notch gear to support this inspiring international event.
