Delivery

• Delivery Locations: We deliver to Malta and Gozo only.

  
  

Delivery and Access

• Delivery Charges: Standard delivery charges apply to all orders, with fees varying according to order size, location, accessibility, and preferred delivery date and time; the applicable charges will be emailed once your order is placed.

• Access and Floor Information: Please specify the floor of your delivery address when placing your order, as standard delivery is to the ground floor only.

  
  

Upper Floor Deliveries

• Heavy Items: Deliveries of heavy items to floors above ground level require a lifter, available at an additional charge.

• Parking Permits: The client is responsible for arranging the necessary local council parking permits at least 48 hours before delivery.

• Delivery Scheduling: Please notify us once the parking permit has been arranged so we can schedule your delivery accordingly.

• Television Orders: TVs are delivered to the ground floor only.
  

Delivery Limitations

• Lift Access: If the client opts out of the lifter service, or if a lift is available but the item cannot fit inside or exceeds the lift’s weight capacity, delivery will be made to the ground floor only.

• Full Payment: In such cases, the full payment remains due, even if the item cannot be delivered to the intended floor.

Payment Terms

• Payment Method: Please confirm your preferred payment method in advance.

• Card Payments and Bank Transfers: Payment must be completed and received in full before delivery. Deliveries will not proceed until payment has been confirmed.

• Cash on Delivery: Cash payments are accepted upon delivery.

• Cheque Payments: We do not accept cheques.
