Delivery Locations

• We deliver to Malta and Gozo only.

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery charges apply to all orders.
• Providing detailed information ensures a more accurate quote.
• Fees vary based on order size, location, accessibility, date and timing.
• Once your order is placed, delivery charges will be emailed to you.

Access and Floor Information

• Please inform us which floor you are located on when placing your order.
• Standard delivery is to the ground floor only.

Upper Floor Deliveries

• For heavy items, deliveries above ground floor require a lifter at an additional charge of €40.
• Kindly note that three parking permits from the local council must be arranged by the client and placed 48 hours prior to delivery.
• Please inform us once this is done so we can schedule the delivery accordingly.

Delivery Limitations

• If a lift is available but the item does not fit or is too heavy to be transported, it will be left on the ground floor.
• Please note that full payment will still be collected in such cases.

Payment Terms

• Kindly confirm your preferred mode of payment in advance.
• Please note that card payments and bank transfers must be completed and received before delivery, otherwise, delivery will not be carried out.
• We accept cash on delivery. 
• We do not accept cheques.
